Adoption metrics for admins
The AI Cockpit provides core usage metrics for your workspace.
Typical metrics
- prompt volume
- active users (with timeline)
- prompts/day and workflow runs/day
- estimated time saved
- most used workflows
- top users (if metric anonymization is disabled)
What counts as a prompt? Every message a member sends themselves counts as one prompt – whether it's in a regular chat or in a conversation with an Assistant. Workflow executions are counted separately as their own metric ("workflow runs") and are not included in the prompt count.
Cost by user and model
On usage-based plans, the User statistics tab shows cost per user, broken down by model and by whether usage came through the platform or the API. You can pick a time range and download the data as CSV. The Team statistics tab shows the same breakdown per team.
On an all-inclusive billing plan, these two tabs are not available, since no usage-based per-user cost applies.
If metric anonymization is enabled, users are shown only by an ID instead of their name here.
Knowledge search
The Knowledge search tab shows for the selected period how the Cloud data sources are searched: searches per day with and without results, the share of searches without results per source, the most cited files, and sources nobody searched. MeinGPT doesn't store search terms; every view is in the audit log. More: Knowledge search, glossary and file marks.
