AI Cockpit

The AI Cockpit provides core usage metrics for your workspace.

Typical metrics

• prompt volume
• active users (with timeline)
• prompts/day and workflow runs/day
• estimated time saved
• most used workflows
• top users (if metric anonymization is disabled)

What counts as a prompt? Every message a member sends themselves counts as one prompt – whether it's in a regular chat or in a conversation with an Assistant. Workflow executions are counted separately as their own metric ("workflow runs") and are not included in the prompt count.

Cost by user and model

On usage-based plans, the User statistics tab shows cost per user, broken down by model and by whether usage came through the platform or the API. You can pick a time range and download the data as CSV. The Team statistics tab shows the same breakdown per team.

On an all-inclusive billing plan, these two tabs are not available, since no usage-based per-user cost applies.

If metric anonymization is enabled, users are shown only by an ID instead of their name here.
