Not a sweep across everything AI could do. Four questions that are being decided in almost every mid-sized company this year.
Adoption
Not the chatbot nobody cares about after four weeks. The cases where AI reaches the systems the business runs on: ERP, local databases, on-premise. We show what those connections look like, what they cost to operate – and which ones did not pay off.
Use cases
A use case only becomes valuable once it leaves the test account. What it needs in data, interfaces and permissions, how much effort is realistic, and how to measure whether it holds up. With the maths a customer worked out themselves.
Sovereignty
Sovereignty as a purchasing decision, not a slide. What on-premise delivers today, where open models keep up and where they do not, how far you can move away from American and Chinese labs. European, American, Asian – placed side by side instead of in silos, including the trade-offs.
Downsides
The part other events leave out. Why rollouts fail because of people rather than technology. What happens when thirty ideas start and none finish. And how to tell that a team is more exhausted than relieved by AI. Pure product pitches do not make it onto our stage.

Looking back at 2025
More than 50 people met at the meinGPT offices in 2025. Löwenbräukeller creates more space in 2026, while small discussion groups remain part of the format.
Attendance
Registration runs through Luma and is reviewed. This keeps the exchange focused on people responsible for or implementing AI.
