2016
It All Started With A Student Innovation Competition
Florian, Matthias, and Stephan began building software together while still studying. Their first project, Stand-Bye!, focused on reducing energy consumption - and laid the foundation for a collaboration built around solving real operational problems with technology.
2017
SelectCode Is Founded
What started as a side project became a software company. With SelectCode, the team began building custom digital products and internal systems for businesses - learning how to turn complex requirements into software that people actually use.

During these years, the team delivered software across a wide range of domains - from intelligent heating control for residential buildings and combined heat and power plants to computer-vision applications and the automation of entire hiring processes and internal workflows. That breadth of work built deep experience in automation, enterprise processes, AI-assisted workflows, and software for real operational environments.

meinGPT Launches
After years of building custom software and automation systems, the next step was clear: create a platform that brings AI into everyday business workflows. meinGPT was launched to combine language models, assistants, enterprise knowledge, and workflows in one secure environment built for European organizations.
