We build MeinGPT with the people who use it.

We give everyone in the Mittelstand the chance to use AI independently in their own work. This is how valuable use cases emerge where the work actually happens.

MeinGPT did not begin with the idea of putting one more AI tool in front of companies. We work on the question of how people can find their own use case, implement it responsibly, and turn it into a process that holds up in everyday work.

That is why product, engineering, and adoption work closely with the people responsible in the company from the start. What we learn from real tasks flows back into the platform, training, and methods for the next use case.

Our strategy starts with the work inside a company.

Companies first need broad and secure access to AI. Whether that access creates lasting value is decided where employees solve concrete tasks and responsible leaders provide the right framework.

That is why we combine a broad platform with personal activation and deeper use cases. People close to the work discover useful applications. Product and engineering help connect data, permissions, and existing systems so the result can be repeated.

We are owner-managed and build for the long term. Growth only counts as progress when we preserve customer proximity, technical quality, and our focus on the Mittelstand.

Today, MeinGPT is the company people see. SelectCode remains the legal entity behind it.

We bring the product, customer work, and employer brand together under one name. We turn recurring knowledge into platform features, adoption programs, and templates that others can use themselves. Our standard remains the same: we start with a real problem and stay responsible until the solution works in everyday use.

How we work

How we work on product and customer problems.

Our teams do not stop at the next handover. They clarify the problem, build a solution, and verify with the people who will use it whether the result holds up. Five principles guide this work.

Own the outcome. We clarify why the work should exist, what good looks like, and who is responsible for the result.

Start with real work. We begin with a concrete problem, a real process, or a customer use case rather than an abstract feature idea.

Verification is part of delivery. Tests, review, measurements, and observation in real work close the loop. Speed without judgment is not progress.

Build capability, not dependency. We turn recurring knowledge into reusable product capabilities, clear methods, and skills that others can apply.

Let risk set the pace. Reversible work can move quickly. Decisions about people, money, access, security, or reputation need stronger human gates.

The work, our customers, and the team belong together.

When a use case gets deeper, product, engineering, adoption, and the people responsible at the customer work directly together. The goal is not a handover but a solution that works in the real process and can be operated responsibly.

That takes people with high standards who also enjoy sharing what they know. Concentrated work and having fun together are not opposites for us. Both matter to a team that wants to work well together over the long term.
