SelectCode GmbH was founded in 2017, and since 2023 MeinGPT has focused that experience on the Mittelstand. Five principles guide our own work.
Our teams do not stop at the next handover. They clarify the problem, build a solution, and verify with the people who will use it whether the result holds up.
Own the outcome. We clarify why the work should exist, what good looks like, and who is responsible for the result.
Start with real work. We begin with a concrete problem, a real process, or a customer use case rather than an abstract feature idea.

As pupils at Lise-Meitner-Gymnasium Unterhaching, Florian Baader and Stephan Le, together with a classmate, win a first prize in the regional round of Jugend forscht and first place in Infineon's Chips@school school competition with their “E-Letter-Box”.

Florian Baader, Matthias Weirich, Stephan Le and Reiner Conrad found SelectCode in Unterhaching. The name deliberately does not refer to the first product: SelectCode was meant to be a home for many projects.

MeinGPT is born
Out of many AI projects with customers, SelectCode builds MeinGPT, its own AI product for the Mittelstand.
