Standard scope
Chat, models, files, meetings, assistants and central administration are part of the same platform.
Personal guidance is quoted individually. Governance is priced per user, Outpost per month.
The platform licence provides models and work features. The model budget pays for actual usage across chats, images, meetings and automated workflows.
A fixed budget is assigned to each licence. With a shared pool, all users draw from the same balance; additional credit can be added later.
