Is there a minimum contract term?

Self-service is billed monthly per seat. The Pilot runs for a fixed 3 months. Terms for the guided rollout are agreed individually as part of the rollout plan.

What costs come on top of the licence?

AI usage runs on credits — a shared budget for the whole company, billed by actual consumption; plans can include a fixed usage amount. Services sit on top: one-time onboarding & rollout (setup €1,500–3,500, partly waived after a pilot) and ongoing partnership with support. Optional add-ons (custom connectors, private LLMs) are quoted separately.

Is there an offer for solo founders or small teams?

Yes — Business is available from a single user. You only pay for the seats you need.

Are there discounts for non-profits or education?

We offer discounts for non-profit and educational organisations on request — just get in touch.

Where is my data and is meinGPT GDPR-compliant?

Platform and data layer run on Hetzner in Germany & the EU. meinGPT is ISO 27001-certified, GDPR-compliant, never trains foreign models on your data, and enforces zero data retention with all model providers.

Can I try meinGPT for free?

Yes. You can start a free trial without a credit card, or run a structured Pilot with selected users.
