For new contracts, we have provided version 2.0 of the meinGPT Data Processing Agreement since 17 September 2026. It becomes effective when signed or when its electronic acceptance is recorded during the ordering process.

Existing contracts do not move to version 2.0 solely because this page is published. The version demonstrably agreed with each existing customer remains authoritative. The agreement is currently available in German only.
