Every administrative change in the workspace is recorded in the audit log; this page covers how to export it as a file.
Export the audit log
Workspace admins can open Settings → Audit log and choose Export → Download CSV or Download JSON. The export includes every matching page for the selected filters, not just the entries currently loaded on screen. Events recorded after the export starts are excluded.
Both formats include timestamps in UTC, actor and target details, outcomes, and before/after values. JSON preserves nested values; CSV stores them as JSON text and protects spreadsheet cells against formula execution.
Exports are limited to 10,000 entries, 20 MiB, and two minutes. If a limit is reached or a request fails, no partial file is downloaded. Narrow the date range or filters and retry. Cancel stops an export in progress.
