The problem
Retyping the same prompt every week. And getting it different every time.
Prompting recurring tasks in chat takes time – and returns a different format depending on the input. As a workflow you set variables, steps and the output schema once. 20 minutes of copy-paste become 30 seconds of filling in a form, reproducible no matter who runs it.
Chain steps that run one after another
A workflow consists of any number of steps that run in sequence. Each step can access the output of the previous ones – so more complex tasks get solved in a structured way, e.g. research, draft and summarize in a single run.
