Signing in and your account
How you sign in to MeinGPT and why there is no password.
MeinGPT has no passwords of its own. You do not create one, and you cannot change or reset one. Instead you sign in through a method your workspace allows.
How to sign in
Open app.meingpt.com and enter your email address. After Continue, MeinGPT shows the methods your workspace has enabled for you:
- Email link (magic link): MeinGPT sends you a link by email. It is valid for 15 minutes and works only once. Requesting a new link immediately invalidates the old one. If no email arrives, check your spam folder first.
- Google or Microsoft: You sign in with your Google or Microsoft account.
- Company login (SSO): You sign in with your company's own access.
If you have signed in from this browser before, you do not have to retype the address. MeinGPT also remembers the method you used last.
How do I change my password?
There is nothing to change in MeinGPT itself. What you can do depends on how you sign in:
- Email link: There is no password. Security rests on your mailbox.
- Google or Microsoft: Change the password with Google or Microsoft. Nothing changes in MeinGPT.
- Company login: Your IT department or company account handles the password, not MeinGPT.
If signing in does not work
- Check that you typed your email address correctly. Not you? takes you back to the input.
- Always use the newest sign-in email.
- If you no longer have access to your mailbox or account, contact your workspace administration. They can help or involve MeinGPT support.
