Meetings

With Meetings you turn a recording or a transcript into a structured summary. Everything for a single meeting (recording, transcript, summary, protocol) lives in one meeting entry. Later you can search, filter, and pull the meeting into a chat as an attachment to ask follow-up questions.

The meetings overview

When you open Meetings in the sidebar, you land on the overview page. It shows the meetings you can access, including your failed and cancelled bot meetings, and provides:

• Search: full-text search over title and content
• Filter → Status: All statuses, Completed, Transcribing, Summarizing, Failed, Cancelled
• Source filter: All sources, Bot, Live, Audio/video, Transcript
• Date filter: narrow down by time range
• + New meeting: opens the source picker dialog (see Create a meeting)

Your status selection is retained for your next visit in this browser. Active filters appear below the search field, where you can remove them individually or reset them together.

While no meetings exist yet, you see the "No meetings yet" hint with a direct prompt to upload a recording or import a transcript.

Several meetings at once

Use the checkboxes to select several available meeting recordings. You can open bot meetings without an available recording result individually, but you cannot select them for bulk actions. The selection bar shows the count and available actions:

• Chat with meetings: starts a chat with every selected transcript attached
• Delete: removes the selected meetings after a confirmation

The bar states its own two limits: meetings still being processed are left out of the chat, and only meetings you own are deleted — in a mixed selection, meetings shared with you stay.

Supported formats & limits

Maximum recording length: 4 hours 15 minutes.

Teams or Zoom recordings are usually MP4 and can be uploaded directly.

Data flow and privacy

The entire processing path stays inside the EU.

1. The upload first lands in the MeinGPT Cloud (Hetzner, Germany).
2. Transcription runs via Gladia (a France-based EU provider). Data processed there is deleted right after processing.
3. The summary is generated by Google Gemini (Vertex AI, EU-hosted).

Automatic sharing with attendees. Once a recording finishes processing, workspace members who attended the meeting automatically get read access to it — this setting is on by default. A workspace admin can turn it off under Settings → Meeting Settings.
