IP Allowlisting
Access via whitelisting MeinGPT IP addresses
With IP allowlisting, target systems grant access by whitelisting MeinGPT IP addresses. To do this, add a firewall rule for the MeinGPT IPs on your target system; allowlisting alone is only enough if the target port is already reachable from outside — behind NAT, you also need port forwarding to the internal host. Afterwards, verify reachability with a connection test from outside your own network against the exact host and port.
Which IP addresses?
Requests from MeinGPT to your target system currently come from these IP addresses (as of September 29, 2026):
46.4.174.170148.251.245.94167.235.102.42188.40.215.78
Add all of them. Any request can come from any of these addresses. If one is missing, connections fail only some of the time, typically with a connection reset after a few seconds.
Attention
This list can change at any time without prior notice, for example when we move or add servers. IP allowlisting is therefore not a permanently stable solution. If connections suddenly work only some of the time, compare your allowlist with this list.
For a stable connection without IP allowlisting, use an Outpost. It runs in your network and opens the connection to MeinGPT outbound itself, so you open no inbound port in your firewall. It only needs outbound HTTPS (port 443) to *.meingpt.com. Connecting databases and MCP servers through the Outpost is currently a preview that we enable per workspace.
Best fit when
- no permanent tunnel is preferred
- target systems can be secured with static IP rules
- low operational overhead is important
