builtin-codara-find-laws: Searches for laws, regulations, and sections
- Search modes: keyword, embedding, hybrid, auto (default: auto)
- Optional: filter by law type (BVG, BG, V, K, Vertrag, Vereinbarung, Geschäftsordnung, Entschl)
- Optional: filter by a specific document ID
builtin-codara-find-decisions: Searches for court decisions (OGH, VfGH, VwGH, BVwG, BFG, DSB, etc.)

builtin-codara-get-summary: Retrieves a structured summary of a court decision — facts, legal assessment, and verdict
