Commercial Register Search

The Commercial Register tool is a native tool in meinGPT that enables searching the German Commercial Register for company research.

Main functions

Company search

• search_company: Searches the German Commercial Register
  • Search by company name or keywords
  • Various search modes:
    • all: all words must appear
    • min: at least one word must appear
    • exact: exact match
  • Each result already includes the registration court, city, status and the available document codes

Documents

• download_company_document: Downloads a register document (e.g. DK, UT, VO) for a result from the search and ingests it into Document Engine for the current chat
