About meinGPT
Our Mission
Bringing AI to the German Mittelstand. We're building the central all-in-one platform that makes AI accessible to everyone. Our main challenge: designing AI tools to be so intuitive that anyone can use AI - and focusing on making sure people actually put AI to effective use.
Your Responsibilities
You teach people how to work confidently with AI – and how to develop a sense for which use cases are worth pursuing and which aren't. That's how every customer pilot phase begins: your kickoff workshops play a decisive role in whether a trial turns into real, lived usage.
- You take end-to-end ownership of ensuring that participants absorb and apply the relevant content for working with AI: from the kickoff workshop through follow-ups to in-depth, role- and use-case-specific training sessions.
- You plan the sessions, align the content with the customers, and prepare the workshops.
- In a market where something new happens every week, you keep material, demos, and use cases fully up to date.
- You coordinate the external trainers who support us with workshops and ensure consistent quality.
- You continuously improve our training format based on data and feedback.
What You Bring
- You understand LLMs beyond mere usage: how they work and where their limits lie, model selection for different types of use cases, RAG and MCP – and you can explain it all in a way that non-techies can understand too.
- You've trained larger groups (30+) and made AI or tech topics easy to grasp.
- You actively use GenAI in your daily work and stay on the cutting edge of technology yourself.
- You work reliably and in a structured way – even with 2-3 workshop sessions a day, the schedule, deck, and demo are all locked in.
- You communicate fluently in German and English.
How We Work
- We don't debate endlessly – we roll up our sleeves and get things done!
- We communicate openly, directly, and as equals – about successes just as much as about mistakes.
- We use AI intensively ourselves to be smarter and faster – but without blindly chasing every trend: you're always responsible for your own results.
- We have big goals, but a healthy work environment matters a great deal to us. We want to succeed sustainably as a team and look out for one another.
What Happens Next

- Getting to know each other (30 min): In the first video call, we chat casually about your motivation and clarify the most important framework conditions.
- Case Study (90 min): Now it gets exciting! Show us in a (remote) live session how you'd design and deliver part of a real workshop.
- Founders Interview (90 min): Come to our office, meet our founders, and tell us what drives you and where you want your journey to go.
- Offer: If you win us over, we'll make you an offer – and hopefully it'll be followed by "Welcome to the team!".
