Meetings

Meetings turns conversations into a searchable transcript and a structured summary. You can upload audio or video, import an existing transcript, invite a bot, or record directly in the browser. The live recording is currently in beta.

After capture, meinGPT creates a transcript with speaker labels and builds the selected summary components from it. Executive summary, agenda, participants, and action items can be enabled for each meeting. Recording, transcript, summary, and minutes remain together in one meeting entry. Visible status information makes processing steps and failures traceable.

Completed meetings can be searched, shared, and attached as context in AI Chat. Follow-up assistants start recurring follow-up work with one click. Processing stays within the EU, while important statements and actions still need expert review before they are shared.
