This document combines the performance description and pricing model of our AI platform, providing you with a comprehensive overview of our offerings and the associated costs. You will receive detailed information on the various service packages, the included features and services, as well as the pricing structure. This way, you can select the optimal package for your requirements and transparently understand the costs of using our AI platform.
meinGPT is an all-in-one partner for your AI adoption. Our offering includes:
meinGPT Platform
• Cloud Version: Use our AI platform conveniently and scalable as Software as a Service (SaaS) in the cloud.
• On-Premise Version: For maximum control and data security, you can also host the platform on your own infrastructure.
meinGPT Academy
• Academy: Create your own learning environment with our e-learning platform and your individual content.
• Academy Plus: Start directly with pre-made content in our e-learning platform and customize it as needed.
• Academy Workshop: Deepen your knowledge in an interactive live workshop with direct application on our e-learning platform.
meinGPT Service
• Workshops on AI Strategy: Develop a tailored AI strategy for your company together with our experts.
• Consulting: Benefit from our expertise in all matters related to artificial intelligence and its implementation.

2. myGPT platform
meinGPT is the leading AI platform focused on AI adoption. It is specifically designed to enable companies to safely and efficiently use advanced Language Learning Models (LLMs).
2.1 Main Functions
LLM-Chat: Users can interact with various LLMs and perform tasks. Their inputs are forwarded to the models of external providers.
EU-specific Models: Access to EU-compliant versions of the most commonly used models, including GPT-3.5, GPT-4, Gemini, and Mistral. They are complemented by additional models hosted in the USA with further features. The models can be activated and deactivated as needed for the users.
AI Workflows: Prompt templates to automate recurring tasks and execute them without manual prompting.
Workflow Assistant: AI-assisted creation of workflows that require no prior knowledge of prompts.
AI Cockpit: Overview of adoption statistics in the company, including prompts per day and active users.
2.2 Additional Features
Document Upload: Analysis of documents in formats such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and PDF.
Research Assistant: Access to current content on the internet and seamless integration into the prompt processing.
Image Generation: AI-supported creation of images with numerous configuration options.
Custom Branding: Customization of the platform to match company design, including logo and color scheme.
2.3 Pricing Model
Our pricing strategy aims to reflect the actual value of the platform for your business while providing you with flexibility and scalability. Therefore, the price is not based on the number of users, but consists of a monthly base fee, a one-time setup fee, and usage-based charges. The monthly base fee and the setup fee are agreed upon individually.
2.3.1 Durations
The minimum duration for the subscription to the meinGPT platform is 12 months. The subscription can be canceled with a notice period of 3 months before the end of the subscription; otherwise, the subscription will automatically renew for the originally selected duration.
2.3.2 AI Credits
The usage-based fees are calculated in the form of AI credits and depend on the actual usage of our AI solutions. The credits can be purchased in packages of 10,000 for 100 euros each, resulting in a price of 1 cent per credit.
The number of consumed credits depends on the type of model (e.g., text generation or image generation), the size of the request & response, and the model used, and can vary significantly. Here are some examples of credit consumption:
Text Generation
• GPT3.5 Turbo: With one credit, up to 2,000 words or 4 A4 pages of text can be generated.
• GPT4 Turbo: Here, one credit allows the generation of 156 words or about 0.3 A4 pages of text.
Image Generation
• DALL‐E SD: Generating an image in Standard Definition requires 5 credits.
• DALL‐E HD: For an image in High Definition, 10 credits are consumed.
3. myGPT Academy: Interactive Trainings
The meinGPT Academy offers you various options to familiarize yourself with the fundamentals, opportunities, and concrete application scenarios of LLMs. Our offering is specifically tailored to the needs of German SMEs. We rely on an interactive e-learning platform where users can conduct live prompting exercises and receive direct feedback on their inputs from an AI coach.
The meinGPT Academy provides you with various packages that differ in scope and support. You can choose the offering that best fits your individual learning needs and prior knowledge.
• Academy: You gain access to our interactive e-learning platform, which you can design with your own content and exercises.
• Academy Plus: In addition to access to the platform, we provide you with pre-configured content created by our AI experts. You can expand and customize this as needed.
• Academy Workshop: This package enhances the benefits of "Academy Plus" with an interactive online live workshop. Here, you can apply the knowledge you've learned directly on our platform together with other participants and gain practical experience.
The following add-ons can be booked for the workshop:
• Additional Q&A Session: If needed, you can book a one-hour Q&A session with our AI experts to clarify open questions and deepen topics.
• On-Site Workshop: We conduct the workshop directly in your company to create an even more personal learning atmosphere.
• Adjustment of the Workshop to Company Context: We specifically tailor the workshop content to the industry to ensure maximum relevance and practicality by addressing the challenges and goals of your company.
• Extended Academy Access: You will receive longer access to the e-learning platform to review, deepen, and continue benefiting from the interactive exercises and the AI coach.
The prices for the add-ons are individually agreed upon.
3.1 Pricing model
Academy: For the use of the e-learning platform with your own content, a monthly base fee is charged.
Academy Plus: In addition to the monthly fee for the platform, you pay a one-time fee for the provision of our pre-configured learning content.
Academy Workshop: This package is charged with a one-time fee that includes access to the platform and the content, as well as the interactive live workshop. If more workshops are desired, we would be happy to offer discounts here.
The fees are individually negotiated.
