Successful AI rollout through on-site consulting
meinGPT was introduced in April 2024 for a group of key users at Ludo Fact, starting with a workshop on April 8. Following that, two FAQ sessions were held with the users to address any open questions. After the second FAQ session, meinGPT was made available to all employees of HW Holding, which includes not only Ludo Fact but also other affiliated companies like the logistics arm 'Ludo packt'. This gradual introduction allowed for feedback collection and optimal adaptation of the system to the company's needs. The close collaboration between meinGPT and Ludo Fact during this phase laid the foundation for a successful integration of AI into business processes.
